At Les Quatre Saisons , our young and passionate team is at the heart of the culinary experience we offer. Despite their youth, our talented chefs have gained solid experience in renowned establishments such as La Chabichou in Courchevel , Le Palace de Menthon & Black Bass Hotel in Annecy, and La Table de l'Ours in Val d'Isère, where they honed their skills. Driven by a love of gastronomy and a respect for seasonal produce, they strive to create dishes that are both refined and authentic, reflecting the excellence of French cuisine. Together, they share a common goal: to make every meal an exceptional experience.
